Gift Vouchers – Terms & Conditions

These conditions apply to all vouchers that have been purchased through one of our Stretta Music websites.

Redemption & Expiration Date

Stretta Music gift vouchers can be redeemed until the end of the third year after purchase. The expiry date is noted on the voucher.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed in all Stretta Music web shops, but only in the currency in which they were issued. Conversion into other currencies may be possible on an individual basis through our customer service department, on a discretionary basis.

Redemption takes place exclusively via the shopping cart in the Stretta Music web shops.

Limitations

Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase more gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers, or their relative value, cannot be paid out in cash, offset against outstanding an outstanding balance, or transferred to a customer account. The resale of gift vouchers is not permitted.

Liability or Loss

Stretta Music assumes no liability for typing errors in the email address of the voucher recipient or loss, theft or misuse.

Fraud

In the event of fraud, attempted deception, or suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with a gift voucher purchase or redemption, Stretta Music is entitled to request an alternative method of payment. There is no entitlement to activation or payment of affected vouchers.
