Air On The G String (from Orchestral Suite No. 3)

Composer-violinist August Wilhelmj crafted an arrangement of a movement from the Bach Orchestral Suite No. 3 for violin and piano in which the solo part was transposed down so as to be playable on the G string, hence the title. Art Frackenpohl has made an excellent adaptation for solo instruments with piano accompaniment at a grade 3 level.
