für 2 Flöten (fakultativ für 3 Flöten)
Almost thirty years have passed since Syrinx-Verlag first published the four-part flute versions of the Mozart quartets, which have since been received worldwide. In the course of this time the question arose again and again for a two-part version, which could make the work with the student even more practicable and could also be used in private lessons. Now that esteemed colleagues have expressed this wish again and many times, the publisher presents this edition, which indeed opens up many previously unexpected aspects of work and is suitable for intensifying the pedagogical possibilities of effectiveness in a decisive way.
Special thanks go to my former fellow student, the composer, pianist and conductor Franck Adrian Holzkamp, who has most graciously taken on the task of reviewing and, where necessary, correcting these arrangements.
»Rules of Playing«:
The edition is initially intended as a two-part version. If a third flute is added, it takes over the gray printed passages of the upper system and otherwise amplifies all forte passages of the accompanying flute. This results in the following study variants: a) teacher plus student, b) teacher plus two students, c) two students alone, d) three students alone.
