This work was commissioned by the Aikodai Meiden High School Symphonic Band on the occasion of their 50th concert anniversary. The close friendship between Hiroki Ito, the conductor of the orchestra, and Satoshi Yagisawa led to the composition of this brilliant and extraordinary fanfare, which is ideally suited as the opening piece.
