Es handelt sich hier um eine Erweiterung des Kettenkarussell-Walzers von Hans Bernd Zimmermann, zusätzlich gibt es ein Akkordeon als Soloinstrument zum Xylophon, mit Blasorchesterbegleitung.
Die fröhliche, ausgelassene Rummelplatzmusik wird durch die beiden virtuosen Soloinstrumente Akkordeon und Xylophon, in besonderer Weise musikalisch zum Ausdruck gebracht.
