Originally published in 1955, Clare Grundman's masterful setting of early American folk tunes remains a young band staple for contest and festival. Skillfully adapted here for flexible instrumentation, this classic work is now playable by a wide variety of mixed and smaller ensembles.

Hal Leonard's innovative FlexBand series aims to make exciting music possible even for ensembles with incomplete instrumentation. These arrangements for only five voices (plus drums) can be played by almost ANY combination of brass instruments, woodwinds and strings.
