Dieses Orgelwerk ist unsere erste Veröffentlichung des immer noch agilen 96-jährigen in Kalifornien lebenden österr. Exil-Komponisten Karl Kohn. Er emigrierte mit 13 Jahren in die USA, wo er ein höchst angesehener Komponist und Lehrer wurde (z.B. befand sich Frank Zappa unter seinen vielen Musik-Studierenden im Pomona College).
